I tried the recommended dosage and it made me very sick. I split the dosage in half and it was bearable but still did not like the feeling it gave me. It made me profusely sweat and my mouth water constantly. I will say I did have more energy and was not hungry while taking the supplement but when you're sitting there with a cold sweat and feeling nauseous it's sort of hard to want to to do anything else other than "walk it off" so to speak. Maybe for others it works but for me even half dosage is too strong.

By far this is the best pre workout I have had. Good clean energy. You feel good. The performance and pumps are amazing. The endurance boost I get and I can work out 3 hours if I wanted too.
