30 Day Returns/Exhanges
We will fully refund any unopened/unused product(s) for 30 days after the shipped date; the returned or exchanged product(s) must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the product(s).

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Defective Products
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team immediately. We will ask you to provide images of the product(s) and packaging. Please refrain from disposing of any part of the shipment received. We’ll email you a return label to put on your box and return it to us. Once the package is in transit we’ll go ahead and ship you a replacement, issue you a store credit, or give you a full refund of the purchase price.
Products with Natural ClumpingPlease note that some of our products contain ingredients that may naturally clump or solidify due to factors such as humidity, temperature, or the nature of the ingredients themselves. This is a normal occurrence and does not indicate that the product is defective or compromised in quality. We encourage you to thoroughly mix or shake the product before use. If you have any concerns about the texture or consistency of a product, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. Products returned solely due to natural clumping will not be considered defective and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Courier-Initiated Returns
There are various reasons why a package might be returned by the courier, such as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs-related issues. In these cases, if the package is returned within 30 days from the shipment date and the products are unopened/unused, and the product is in its original packaging, we offer two options:
- Option 1: Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned package, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. You will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the product(s). This process might take a few days due to banking procedures.
- Option 2: Reshipment for an Additional Fee
Alternatively, we can reship the products. Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply for this service. Our team will provide all the necessary details regarding the reshipment process, including the associated charges and estimated delivery time.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your approved returned item(s) , we will promptly notify you via email. The refund processing time varies depending on your payment method:
- Credit Card: Three (3) to Five (5) business days
- Debit Card: Five (5) to Seven (7) business days
- Gift/Store Credit: 24-48 Hours
