30 Day Returns

We will fully refund any unopened/unused product for a period of 30 days after shipping date, product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the product(s).

Once the product(s) is received, we’ll process the return for you in approx. 24-48 hours. See how to return a product instructions.

Defective Products

If there’s a problem with your product please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We’ll email you a return label to put on your box and return to us. Once the package is in transit we’ll go ahead and ship you a replacement, issue you a store credit or give you a full refund of the product price.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on gift cards.

I’m not in the United States. Can I still return or exchange a product?
In most cases it’s not cost effective to return a product from outside the United States due to shipping and customs fees. If you would like to return a product from outside the United States please contact our Customer Support Team
How long does it take my return to be processed?
The time it takes a product to arrive back in our warehouse will depend on your location. Once it has arrived the return will be processed in 24-48 hours.
