I'm Shipping to Brazil, Where should I put my CPF Number?
To have your CPF number on the shipping label, enter it in the "company" field at checkout . EXAMPLE page.
Can I pay using installments
No, We do not offer this payment method.
Why can’t I use Paypal for my order?
PayPal doesn't allow their payment service to be used for some products with specific ingredients. We do accept other payment options such as all major credit cards.
Can I get samples with my order?
We always give samples when they are available. You can also add a comment when placing your orders if you have specific requests of certain samples and we will do our best to accommodate them.
I just placed my order and I used the wrong shipping address. How can I fix it?
If you moved and forgot to update your account, or you misspell the address, don’t worry! As long as your order has not shipped yet, we can update it for you. Please reach out to us and have your order number ready!
I created an account, but don’t see my order. Did it go through?
You can buy most items on our website without creating an account. If you purchased an item as a guest and created an account afterwards, you may not see your order in your account. Don’t worry! You can still check on your order status by using our Order Tracking Tool.
My Tracking status shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Some mail carriers may mark packages as delivered when it is still in their truck. We recommend to wait 24 hours just in case they’re still on route! However, if you still haven't received your package after 48 hours, please contact us .
Do you ship to military addresses such as APO & FPO addresses?
Absolutely! We ship thousands of orders to military addresses every year. Please select USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option during checkout, as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. See Military Addresses for more information.
