I lost 13lbs in one month on Fastin. It really curbs my appetite, and I don't even need to take it twice a day. Great for energy before hitting the gym. The only caution is that if you are taking it in the afternoon, avoid taking it too late. I've taken it after 3PM and had a hard time falling asleep until midnight. Also, as it curbs your appetite, you might not feel to drink water as well! Make sure you disciple yourself with sufficient fluid intake. If you are a coffee drinker, consider decaf if you have the habit. Taking Fastin with caffeine or any energy drink could potentially be dangerous.

I purchased 4 bottles of Slimgovy it has been a big let down. I haven't lost a pound, I have a good diet still no results. I would not recommend it to anyone as it hasn't worked for me. The price is expensive, I had good expectations but it didn't work as advertised.
