Just after 1-2 days I feel mood elevation and more energy. Wether its going to help with strength and recovery in the gym im unsure of, but atleast its mentally giving me the motivation. sometimes thats all you need, a little mental boost.

Solid ingredient profile, and I love that they give you "smooth" energy, compared to the "crunchy" and jittery energy that some other extreme preworkouts do.

Sleepy has a solid ingredient profile, and I've found it to be beneficial, especially stacked with Blackstone Labs Anesthetized. Helps me to stay asleep through the night. That said, and I'm sorry to say this, Sleepy has the worst flavor that I have ever encountered in a supplement powder mix. I've sucked down some nasty tasting pre-workouts before, but there is something about this Honey Lemon Tea flavor that is just abysmal. It doesn't even taste like the actual thing, it tastes like some artificial nonsense. I end up having to add in a bunch of other flavor mixes in order to stomach it. I'm disappointed by this, as otherwise I think this is a great product, but I do not see myself purchasing this again due to the flavor.

All the ingredients that I was looking for, but a little on the pricey side compared to some other products that worked just as well for me.

Ol' pheny has its downsides, but as someone who struggles to get a good nights sleep, this is one of the few things that can help. Not for the faint of heart.
