Does the product contain caffeine?

• No, there is no caffeine in this product.

Comparisons: 

• VS Nutrex BCAA 6000: This product contains 6 grams of BCAA compared to xtend elite that contains 7 grams. 
• VS BCAA Resurgence: This product also contains caffeine in the ingredients which will make the BCAA harder to mix with a pre workout. Also the xtend elite contains the PEAKO2 blend which allows for peak performance.

How do I take Xtend Elite?

Dosage and directions:

As a dietary supplement, mix each rounded scoop of Xtend Elite in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well.

On training days, consume 1 rounded scoop during exercise.

On non-training days, consume 2 rounded scoops throughout the day. For best results, consume daily.
