How Do I Take Chosen 1 Blackstone Labs?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet of Chosen 1 Prohormone twice per day. Do not exceed 2 tablets daily. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.

Chosen 1 contains THREE potent forms of 1-DHEA. 1  androstene-3b-ol,17-one, which provide sustained release all day long.†  This ensures you have elevated levels throughout the day.† 1-DHEA undergoes a 2-step conversion process.†
