How Do I Take Metha Quad Extreme Stack Properly?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• Metha Quad: Take 1 tablet within 1 hour of training. On non-training days, take in the morning.
• ProHormone Choice: Take 1 tablet twice daily, once in the morning (AM) and once in the afternoon (PM). Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.
