How much caffeine is in it?

• There is 175mg of caffeine per scoop. You can take up to 2 scoops which would be the equivalent of 350mg of caffeine.

What flavors do you have?

• We have Strawberry Kiwi and Blackberry Lemonade flavors.

How long will one bottle last me?

• One bottle contains 60 servings and one serving is 1 scoop. The recommended dosage is 1-2 scoops. Therefore, one bottle should last between 30 and 60 days depending on the number of scoops you take per day.

Can I take half scoops?

• Yes, of course. One of the benefits to using a powder is that you can adjust the amount you are taking.

How do I take it?

Directions and Dosage:

Shake container before each use. Individual tolerances may vary. Ensure you assess your tolerance before increasing your dosage.
Start by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) into 8-10 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes before working out. More advanced users may prefer the effects of 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12-16 oz. Never take more than 2 scoops within a 24 hours period.
