• But this is, hands down, the best prenatal I've taken. It didn't cause nausea/stomach pain and I could take them on an empty stomach. I love that they're food based. A+

• These pretty much taste like death, but they're really healthy to take for your baby, so to me, it's worth it. They have lots of folic acid and essential vitamins/ingredients. They're the best ones I've been able to find, but don't take them on an empty stomach, or they might make you pretty nauseated. They're not too bad if you swallow them with juice or something that can help hide the taste, or eat something else right after you swallow them to get rid of the taste.
