How Do I Take Reactr Pre Workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Take 1 serving of Reactr Pre Workout with 8 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes before  training. Assess your tolerance by  starting with only ½ scoop before training.   To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Do not  take this product within 6 hours of ingesting any other caffeine or stimulant source. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SERVINGS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

Warnings and Side Effects:

This product is  only intended to be consumed by healthy adults, 18 years of age or  older. Each serving (1 scoop) contains 200 mg of caffeine. Do not use  this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are currently taking medication. Before using this  product, consult a licensed, qualified, healthcare professional.   This product contains  caffeine. Stop use 2 weeks prior  to surgery. Stop use and contact a medical doctor if  you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed  recommendations for suggested use. Use only as directed.
