Will this make me tingly?

• This does contain 3.5g of Beta-Alanine, which causes the tingly feeling. This sensation is harmless, but if you are sensitive to it, we recommend starting with half a scoop. _†

What are the other ingredients in this?

• Erythritol, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Disodium Phosphate, Sucralose, Acesulfame-K, and Silicon Dioxide.

How much caffeine is in this?

• Each serving (1 scoop) has 400mg of caffeine anhydrous. This is not an ideal preworkout for beginners. _†
