As a dietary supplement, consume one serving of Prime Nutrition EAAs intra-workout. For best results, user may consume up to five servings of Prime Nutrition EAAs per day. To mix, combine 1 serving of Prime Nutrition EAAs (1 scoop) per 10-20oz of water and stir vigorously with a spoon or mix in a shaker cup.
