Mental energyHave been taking NADH for years, because it boosts mental energy and clarity quite noticeably. I take it every day, but it is especially good for jet lag and sleep deprivation. This is the best form of NADH.

Truly amazing stuffNADH is amazing stuff. It really gives you a clear head and allows you to feel focused without caffeine. I use NADH before workouts or anyday that I need mental clarity. I sometimes use the product daily but like to take a break here and there to see what I'm missing. I can say that on the days that I take NADH, I feel more awake, more alive and have a bit more energy.

Good for energyI've been taking this for a week and the energy I get is great. I usually drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day, but with this supplement I only drink a cup in the morning and I don't feel the need for anymore.
