How do I take NOW Melatonin?
Suggested Dosage and Directions:
- Tablets: Take 1 tablet about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.
- Liquid: Shake well. Take 1/4 teaspoon (~20 drops) just prior to bedtime. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.
- Lozenges: Take 1 lozenge just prior to bedtime as needed. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow.
- Veg Capsules: Take 1 capsule near bedtime with water.
- Sustained Release: Take 1 tablet daily near bedtime with water.
- Extra Strength: Take 1 capsule near bedtime with water.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Regula o sonoTomei durante algum período e observei que começou a regularizar o período de sono. Então quando chegava em torno de 22-23hs, me dava um tremendo sono, dormia. Percebi que serviu para regularizar o relógio biológico. (I took it for a while and noticed that it started to regulate my sleep schedule. Around 10 or 11 PM, I would get incredibly sleepy and fall asleep. I realized it helped regulate my biological clock.)

Forte demais!melatonina de 3mg, consigo dormir 6 horas. Mas essa de 5mg, com no maximo 4 horas já acordo e não consigo mais dormir! Pensei que 5mg faria efeito mais rápido, mas só faz dormir menos(ainda)! 3mg melatonin, I can sleep 6 hours. But this 5mg, within a maximum of 4 hours I wake up and can't sleep anymore! I thought 5mg would take effect faster, but it just makes you sleep less (even)!
