How do I take NOW Arginine and Citrulline?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• 500 mg / 250 mg Veg Capsules: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily
• Powder: Mix 1 level teaspoon twice daily as needed in 8 oz. of water or other beverage, preferably on an empty stomach.
