What Is MRM 5-HTP?

MRM 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Since serotonin is found in the brain and central nervous system, it has many implications in cognition, mental health and sleep patterns. _† 5-HTP has been known to support an increase serotonin levels and consequently support healthy sleep patterns, improve mood and improves outcomes for weight management. _†

How Does It Work?

5-HTP is an extract from a natural plant seed from Africa (Griffonia). In studies on sleep deprivation, 5-HTP supplementation exhibited promising results.
