Super Omega-3 VS Super Omega-3 Plus: Super Omega-3 Plus has a large dose of Pure+ Wild Fish Oil and Antarctic Krill. Slightly less Polyphen-Oil Olive Extract and Sesame seed lignan extract, but also includes Natural Astaxanthin which the standard version does not.

FAQ:

Does it leave a fishy after taste?

• This formula utilizes a potent fish oil and there may be a slight odor associated with the product. While it is possible one may experience these effects, each individual's biochemistry is unique which can affect how one responds to certain nutrients.

The capsule is hard to swallow,  is it ok to open and take instead?

• You can, and it is still possible that you derive benefit from the nutrients. However, the product was not designed for ingestion in this manner. Also, some may find the taste objectionable because the product is very potent.

Is this safe for a kosher/pescetarian diet?

• This product contains gelatin that is bovine-derived. While the gelatin is certified kosher, the finished product is not kosher certified as Life Extension does not manufacture any certified kosher products. Please consult with a Rabbinic authority regarding use.
