- Ok, I seldom write reviews, but this supplement had IMMEDIATE EFFECT! My other brain health supplements are Lithium, Magnesium Theonate, Cognitex ( rather expensive?!), DopaMind and others. B12 Elite is really different because it had a discernible effect within 2 days. I used it sublingually (melts slowly under the tongue). My recall was improved for peoples names and those obvious words that seem to hide in my memory fog (I'm 74). It's not perfect, but extraordinarily better!
