We confirmed with the manufacturer that ALRI Cyclo-Creation is discontinued, so we do not have additional inventory. Closest in-stock option is Hi-Tech Phosphagen, a multi-form creatine blend for general performance. Typical creatine blends rely on the SLC6A8 transporter, so they may not substitute in the same way. Please speak with your Physician about suitable alternatives.
