• This is the BEST sleep aid I have ever used! I get sleepy within an hour and wake up refreshed. Sleep is VERY important to our health, and something I never really had a problem with before. • This stuff is the bomb. Amazon reminded me that I've ordered it six times! I've had trouble falling and staying asleep for at least 20 years and have even been prescribed sleeping pills which, although they do work, leave me feeling terribly drugged/groggy the next day. This Doxylamine Succinate (which is the generic form of Unisom) works like a charm -- I know by now that I'll be yawning my head off within 30 minutes of taking one tablet, and I'll stay asleep for at least 7-8 hours afterwards. I wake up feeling rested, refreshed and not at all groggy.

How Do I Take Kirkland Sleep Aid?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and over: take one tablet 30 minutes before going to bed. Take once daily or as directed by a doctor

• difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland
