How Does It Work?

Glucosamine is used to help build and repair cartilage tissue. This cartilage is a flexible, rubbery connect tissue that protects the bones in the joints. It provides padding and prevents bones from rubbing together. As we age, cartilage becomes less flexible and breaks down. This can lead to pain, inflammation and tissue damage. _†

Chondroitin is used to help enhance joint structures and blocks enzymes from breaking down cartilage. _†
