How do I take Black Ant Pre Workout?

Suggested dosage and directions:

• Assess tolerance first: Start with 1 scoop mixed in 8–16 oz water, 15–30 minutes before training.
• After tolerance has been assessed: Use 2 rounded scoops in 8–16 oz water, 15–30 minutes pre-workout.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

What flavors are there?

• Black Ant Pre Workout comes in four flavors: Strawberry Lemonade, Tropical Punch, Grape, and Citrus. 

How many servings are there?

• There are 40 servings if you take one scoop and 20 servings if you take two scoops. 

Similar alternative products

• Strongest for strength: Black Ant. It’s the only one with creatine (5 g) and adds RipFACTOR® + CreaSol® SSAT to support strength adaptations. Caffeine is lower than Mother Bucker, but still stout.
• Strongest stim punch: Mother Bucker, 400 mg caffeine with some extended-release caffeine plus big pump/hydration pieces (Nitrosigine®, HydroPrime®). Expect the most “whoa” per scoop.
