How Do I Take SuperHuman Elite?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• Beginners should assess their tolerance by starting with 1 scoop (13.1g).†
• As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoops (26.2g) mixed in 8-10 ounces (240-300 mL) of cold water 15-30 minutes before your workout.
• This is Alpha Lion's MOST potent formula. Do NOT consume more than 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.

What flavors are there?

• Currently, there are only two flavors: Royal Razz and King Lemonade. Royal Razz is a Blue Raspberry flavor, while King Lemonade is Pink Lemonade (more on the sweeter side).  

How much caffeine does it have?

• Each scoop contains 175 mg of caffeine.  Two scoops will be 350 mg.

Can I take SuperHuman Elite with Burn 20?

• Yes! Alpha Lion Burn 20 is stimulant-free. This makes it safe to stack with SuperHuman Elite Pre.
