Ingredients:

• Zinc (30mg): may support testosterone and healthy immune function._†
• Inositol Hexanicotinate (750mg): also known as flush free niacin, may help metabolize food into cellular energy._†

• Glycyrrhetinic Acid (Licorice Extract) (200mg): Glycyrrhetinic Acid inhibits both 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzymes (Type 1 and Type 2, the enzymes that control cortisol levels), with slightly more effect on the Type I (Anti-cortisol) than Type II (Pro-cortisol)._† Therefore, the net effect is a reduction in serum cortisol (a stress hormone that is chronically elevated in those with adrenal fatigue)._† The decrease in cortisol increase has been noted to be 39-50% after 3-500mg glycyrrhetinic acid (the active ingredient in Adrenal Care)—which is substantial._† In other words, the glycyrrhetinic acid in Adrenal Care can potentially cut your stress levels (as measured by cortisol) in half._†
• Korean Ginseng (1% eleutherosides) (100mg):  may help to reduce lethargy and fatigue, improves stamina and endurance, and boosts resilience to environmental stressors._†

• Within a day, my need for caffeine was cut in half. And a month and a half later, it has not picked up. I was shocked, as it was so immediate. It is very subtle, when I take them, they provide a response in my system no other supplement I have taken does. Again, I have no idea how this works, but it does. I was a caffeine addict, and now can either have none, or if I want an occasional kick, will have some, but that is with some days that are longer than 24 hours of straight work. Never had a supplement that was able to do this. 7 stars.

• I just wanted to give a quick review with my second week into this. The first week sucked coming off of caffeine, I was dragging a bit of ass but I made it through.
