One of the more intense pre workouts I have taken. Flavors are great and works every time.

How Do I Take It?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

First assess your tolerance by taking 1 scoop 30-45 minutes before your workout.

After your tolerance has been assessed, you can mix 1-3 scoops with 4-8 ounces before your workouts.

Do I need to cycle it?

We recommend a two break after using the product for 8 weeks straight. 

How much caffeine does it have?

This is a question we get with most pre workouts. This product contains a Prop blend so we do not know the exact amount of caffeine.

Does it have DMAA?

No, the new formula does not have DMAA. It has been replaced with DMHA.

Is it banned?

No. It was temporarily discontinued when it was being reformulated.
