• I don't have joint pain or anything like that, but I purchased this product to keep my hair, nails and skin healthy. So far my nails are stronger and longer, and my hair looks and feels amazing! • I have been using this product for a few years now, so I have a few tips for those considering it. I take this product for my neck. If I stop taking it for 5-7 days, my neck pain comes back to the point of unbearable pain and immobility. I have 2 discs in my neck that are compressed, so there is no other product that helps with the pain. If you are a person on the smaller size, you should not need the recommended dosage of 6. I can take 3-4 as a maintenance dose and that still works for me. You can take 2 or 3 in the am and pm. I'm 50, and people tell me I look 5-10 years younger than I am.
