I am 75 and at this age, you usually need to take Vit D. Women more than men, and for unknown reasons, my body needs the K-2 to make my doctor say I am in pretty good health. Took a fall and I expected a broken arm and ribs.. didn't happen. But it was happening in the past so I am reasonably sure this was a good idea for me.
