How Do I Take NOW Licorice Root?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• Capsules: Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Long term, high level use is not recommended.
• Glycerite (Liquid): Shake well before using. Mix 2 droppersful in warm water 3 to 4 times daily as needed. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Warnings and Side Effects:

For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. Consult physician if taking medication or have a medical condition (including high blood pressure or kidney condition). Keep out of reach of children. Use for more than 8 consecutive weeks is not recommended.
