Bem forte (good force)Dica e tomar a metade do comprimido (25 mg) ou comprar o opti-zinco (30 mg) da now também. Tome metade do comprimido com o estômago vazio, quando acordar e ao dormir ou como pré treino 45 minutos depois de ingerir algum alimento. Obs: Pela matéria prima do produto ser zinco gluconato, é que para o organismo não é bem aproveitado, como o Zinco Quelato (Zinc chelate) talvez deva-se tomar o comprimido inteiro (50mg) 1 vez ai dia.
