How Do I Take 21st Century Zinc?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

For Chewable Tabs: As a mineral supplement, adults chew one (1) tablet per serving on a full stomach. Repeat every 2 hours up to six (6) tablets daily or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not use for more than 7 days.

For Tablets: As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
