Great productWe have taken NOW Lutein for several years. Our Eye Dr. recommended that we take 10 mg Lutein Daily. This was one brand that came in 10 mg. The Dr. has been satisfied with the results.

Worked great!I have really bad photophobia --- sensitivity to sun and bright light. Also experience a lot of eye strain when looking at a computer monitor for too long. I have been taking this Lutein for maybe a week now and I am noticing a dramatic difference when I go outside or use my laptop! I will keep taking this stuff!!

ImpressedI've been taking Lutein for years and this is my favorite brand in large part because it is a reputable company as far as I know. The gels pills are small and since I take several supplements it's easier to swallow a lot of smaller ones than the big ones. I don't know medically if it works, but my eyes have not changed in strength/weakness for the past 6 years so I'm thinking this most likely has something to do with that.
