Love these!I purchased this to take for anxiety and for tapering off of antidepressants. It seems to work pretty well for both. I started off taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, but now I just take 1 in the morning. I am taking less as symptoms lessen.
Energy & FocusI suffer from low dopamine. That means I crave a lot of carbs and often feel sleepy. From day one I could feel a difference. Lots more energy and much lower cravings. My whole family now takes it (adults that is). We all feel it helps with concentration, reducing cravings, lowers irritability, and just in general makes you want to do more.
