Really works!Consuming Fo-Ti has improved the condition and appearance of my skin and hair which indicates it has improved the functionality of internal systems.
Highly recommendI stopped drinking coffee & started taking 2 of these a day & my white hairs turned back to brown in the roots! When I went back to coffee & stopped the fo-ti, the white hairs returned. Now I am drinking coffee but still taking the fo-ti. Not sure yet what the result will be but so far, no new white hairs.
Helps! So far, it seems to be helping some with the grey hair. I also seem to have less frizz. I take two a day, morning and evening. I just finished my first bottle and will order again.
