• I think everyone needs to find the supplements that work best for them. This calcium is liquid inside of a gel capsule and absorbs quickly. I know it is giving me the best amount of calcium because when I don't take it I have leg cramps, can't sleep, feel nervous, and can't relax. This is another on my list of must haves!
