Can women take it?

• Yes, women can take Loco pre workout.

Can I drink coffee?

• No, it's not suggested to take caffeine or stimulants from other sources while taking this product.

What flavors are available?

• Currently, there are four flavors. They are Melon Drop, Sherbet Margarita, Purple Haze, and the limited edition Rainbow Haze.

Does it have DMAA / DMHA?

• No.

How much caffeine does it have?

• Since Loco contains a prop blend, the exact caffeine content is not given. However, the limited edition has 200mg of caffeine. The new formula contains 400 mg of caffeine per scoop.

What's the difference between the Limited edition and the original version?

• The limited edition loco has better ingredients for energy and focus. The standard version is a great blend of ingredients to hit up all three pre workout categories: energy, focus, and pumps.

What's the difference between the original formula and the new formula?

• The new formula packs more of punch for both energy and focus. If you are looking for a strong pre workout then go with the new formula. If you are looking for a mild stimulant pre workout that is better for focus go with the original formula.

Stacks:

For muscle growth and recovery, you can take this product with any stimulant free Amino Acid product or Protein Shake.

For Additional Pumps, you can take this product with stim-free pump product such as citrulline malate.

How Do I Take Loco Pre Workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

While most pre-workouts contain far too many stimulants and in our opinion, get you 'cracked out' LOCO 6.0 delivers just the right amount of energy to your workouts!

For original formula: You can dose 1 scoop for a beginner or 2 scoops for a more advanced approach for your own personal preference.

For new formula: Mix 1 level scoop with 6-10 oz of cold water and consume 10-20 minutes prior to training. Do not use more than one scoop in any 24 hour period. Use 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance.
