What is Liquid Grip?

Liquid Grip is a water based hydrocellulose thickener that allows for rosin and chalk to mix in a suspension formula, creating a liquid chalk. This new innovative product contains an exceptional drying agent giving the user a dry and rosin feeling when applied. The product dries within seconds of applying and once dry binds with the fatty acids and does not transfer to any object. Rosin powder and chalk both leave a residue of dust that slightly transfers and ultimately can be inhaled by the user causing discomfort. Liquid Grip outperforms both rosin and chalk while leaving no mess or transfer and giving the user a longer, more effective grip.

• I started deadlifting a few months ago and as a 5 feet tall, 100 lb girl, my grip strength is... as expected. I know there are lifting straps but this is way better. Most gyms don't allow chalk because it's messy and gets all over everyone's clothes, but liquid grip seriously doesn't rub off anywhere!!

• Great liquid chalk. It goes on easy, dries quick, and lasts. You will get some chalk (not much) on the bar on the first or second touch, but nothing after that. I rarely apply more than once during a workout.

FAQ:

Will this leave any residue on the barbell?

• No it will not unless you use it and go straight to it before it has a chance to dry. You should be fine as it does dry very quickly and the part that matters stays on your hands. 

Does this prevent calluses?

• No, you'll still get calluses because the bar is still pinching your skin when you grip tightly. It will just prevent the bar from slipping away. Calluses are pretty unavoidable when lifting unless you are wearing gloves.

Does this dry out your hands?

• This has not been proven to dry out your hands as if you do over apply it is very easy to wash off.

How Do I Use Liquid Grip?

Instructions:

SHAKE WELL. Apply a small amount to hands, evenly coat and allow to dry.

DO NOT: Continue to rub Liquid Grip into hands like lotion. To remove, wash hands with soap and water.

Flammable, Keep away from heat and flame. For external use only- HANDS. Do not ingest. Stop use if skin irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children.
