What's the best time to take these tabs? Pre or post workout?

Answer
The recommended usage is to take 1–2 tablets in the morning and 1–2 tablets after lunch. It’s not locked into pre- or post-workout, though a lot of folks use it as a pre-gym pick-me-up. Just be sure not to take it within 6 hours of bedtime so it doesn’t mess with your sleep and because of the active ingredients, drink plenty of water throughout the day.
