Great for WomenWow, I am utterly impressed with NOW Foods Indole-3-carbinol. I'm taking this in conjunction with Smoky Mountain DIM for adult female hormonal acne and hormonal mood swings. Both supplements take about one month to work, but they are definitely worth the wait. Never in 16 years has my skin ever been so consistently clear, and my mood swings nonexistent.

Great for many things.I used this product for PMS mood swings. I can already tell a difference and it's only been a few days. I started by taking 2 capsules mid-morning. By 5:30 at night in was having horrible headaches. I would recommend taking one in the morning and another 8 hours minimum later. I also have had less food cravings throughout the day.
