Only pills on the market I'll takeI've been taking these off and on for probably 5 or 6 years now. They're the only weight loss supplement that I will use. I don't really use them to lose weight, I use them as a mood booster and to wake up. Wonder pillThere is nothing that keeps me awake been struggling to find something to help me stay up, suppress my appetite and keep me going, and this is the only product that does it for me. Even if you take half a pill, it’s still works start off slow. It may be too powerful for some people, but I have a high tolerance. Be careful with it. It does make your heart rate go. Take it with the mail in the morning when you eat do not ever take on an empty stomach ticket early in the morning because your energy will last you all day and sometimes it’s hard to go to sleep. But this is the only product that works for me.
