How Do I Take It?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

New users may wish to asses tolerance with one half (1/2) scoop.

• For Amp3d: Take one (1) scoop prior to workout. Mix in 6-8 oz of water. Do not take with food.
• For Wicked: Take 1-2 scoops  in 6-8 oz (depending on taste preference) of water 30 minutes before working out. Do not take with food.

Do not combine pre workouts. Do not exceed 1 scoop for Amp3d and Do not exceed 2 scoops for Wicked. Do not take both pre workouts in one day. 

Warnings and Side Effects:

Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.

This product may contain ingredients that are banned by some sports organizations and/or increase risk of false positive on a drug test. Please consult with your sport organization or physician before taking this product.

This product can raise blood pressure and interfere with other drugs you may be taking. Talk to your doctor about this product.
