How Do I Take The Stack Properly?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• Convict 2.0: Mix one (1) scoop with 12-16 ounces of water 30 minutes before your workout. Start with half (1/2) scoop to gauge your tolerance. Do not exceed the recommended dosage in a 24-hour period.

• DNA Dispatch: For optimal performance take six (6) capsules 30 minutes prior to training with 12 ounces of water. This product best stacks with Condemned Labz Convict and Locked Down.
