How Do I Take Carbo Gain?
Suggested Dosage and Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup of Carbo Gain in 16 oz. of water or juice. Consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Double this recipe if engaging in prolonged exertion of 2 hours or more.

Light sweet sugar like flavor. Easy to mix.Great value for maltodextrin. While it is unflavored, maltodextrin has a very slight sweetness. No bitterness. Mixes well with my protein shakes in water or milk. And doesn't negatively affect flavors. I can tell a difference in my workouts now that I have added this to my pre/intra workout shake. I also add some to my post workout shake.
