Great at what it does, but hard crashIf I take one pill in the morning on an empty stomach, I feel great all day and don't get hungry at all. Jitters last maybe 10-15 minutes after taking it. I do feel a little bit spaced out, but not in a way that makes it difficult to concentrate. On the actual day you take it, this product is 11/10. I use it on the couple days per week I don't work out. Feel like shit the day after, which is probably due to the DMAA. Definitely recommend cycling this off after a couple weeks.

Love it!I used to take HydroxyElite Pro back when it was available and had a huge success rate with that and could not find anything close since it was discontinued. Not any more this stuff is almost identical and I have already lost 8 lbs in less than a week. I only take 1/2 a capsule since I am super sensitive stimulants and it works great. There is no crash and my appetite is little to non. It was just what I was searching for.

Great energy boost/fat loss suppI was trying to choose between this and Yellow Thunder and I ended up going with White Lightning. It wasn't the perfect stim (I got a little jittery once I came home from a workout) but during my sets I was an endurance machine. I'm going to order it again.
