Ainda não tomei todo, mas percebi alguns efeitos. O que senti foi um efeito adverso, tomando seguidamente durante uns 10-15 dias, passei um dia inteiro com diarreia... Interessante que neste mesmo período enquanto estava tomando, assisti um vídeo de um médico falando sobre as formas do Magnésio, e uma delas possui pouca absorção e causa o efeito da diarreia! Parei de tomar diariamente e passei a tomar de 3 em 3 dias, não tive mais a diarreia. Então talvez compense experimentar outra forma ou até mesmo fazer um teste, o que pode ser ruim ou bom pra mim, pode não ser pra você! I did experience an adverse effect, though: after taking it consistently for about 10–15 days, I spent a whole day with diarrhea. Interestingly, during that same period, I watched a video by a doctor discussing different forms of magnesium; it turns out one specific form has poor absorption and causes diarrhea! I stopped taking it daily and switched to taking it every three days, and the diarrhea stopped. So, it might be worth trying a different form or just experimenting—after all, what works (or doesn't work) for me might be different for you!)

Tomei durante algum período e observei que começou a regularizar o período de sono. Então quando chegava em torno de 22-23hs, me dava um tremendo sono, dormia. Around 10 or 11 PM, I would get incredibly sleepy and fall asleep. I realized it helped regulate my biological clock.)

Tomei este Complexo B juntamente com a B12, puder notar o incremento de energia e disposição ao longo do dia! Recomendo (I took this B Complex along with B12, and I noticed an increase in energy and vitality throughout the day! I recommend it.)

Ok, so you need to understand that most prohormone dupps will do very little if you're above 20% body fat. That said, I was hoping these products would help me get there. I did feel some help in the gym, but otherwise, it didn't do much for me. This product might help you get from 12-15% down to the single digit bf%, but you'll have to get sub 20% before this will do anything for you. So in my case, I let disappointed, and won't be purchasing the superstrol or abnormal again.
