How Do I Take It Properly?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• 1-Andro: For the first 8 weeks, take 2 tablets of 1-Andro per day. One tablet in the morning and one tablet in the afternoon with or without food. 
• Form XT: After finishing 1-Andro, start Form XT. Take Form-XT 4 times per day. Take one tablet in the morning, one tablet in the afternoon and two tablet before bedtime.
