• Pride Pre-workout While some of them don't have the best taste in my opinion they excel more in the energy and focusing department which will get you through whatever workout or task you are putting yourself through.

• No, Pride is creatine free. You may stack it if you would like.

Does it have beta-alanine?

• No, it does not have beta alanine. You may add it if you would like.

How Do I Take Pride Pre Workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Mix 1 scoop with 6 oz (180 ml) of cold water or 2 scoops with 12 oz (350 ml) of cold water in a shaker and consume immediately. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. It may be taken on a empty stomach.
