Found a lower price at another authorized retailer? If it qualifies under the rules below, we’ll match it . Our goal is to be fair and transparent while honoring brand and manufacturer policies .
How to request a price match
- Send us the details — Share the competitor product URL and a screenshot showing the price, size/flavor, and that it’s in stock.
- We verify eligibility — We confirm the retailer is authorized and calculate the delivered price (item + standard shipping).
- We match it — If approved, we’ll provide a one‑time code before checkout, or refund the difference for an order placed within 7 days.
What qualifies
- Identical item (same brand, product, UPC, size/servings, flavor, and pack) — new, factory‑sealed.
- Item is in stock and available to ship from the competitor to your address.
- Competitor is a U.S.-based, authorized retailer for the brand (no marketplaces or third‑party sellers).
- Comparison is the delivered price: item price plus standard shipping to your zip code (taxes excluded).
- Offer is publicly visible to all customers (no targeted emails, member‑only, employee, subscription, or bundled offers).
What’s excluded
- Third‑party marketplaces & auctions (e.g., marketplace sellers, Warehouse/used/open‑box, peer‑to‑peer, liquidators).
- Some Promo codes/stackable coupons, loyalty points, credit, rebates, gift cards, BOGO/kit/bundle values, “add‑to‑cart to see price.”
- Flash sales, clearance/blowouts, misprints/obvious errors or typos, limited‑quantity “doorbusters,” subscription (“Subscribe & Save”) prices.
- Items not comparable in condition or shelf life (e.g., short‑dated/near expiration, opened/used, repackaged).
- Non‑U.S. sites, cash‑equivalent redemptions, corporate/wholesale pricing, or offers that violate brand MAP policies.
Limits & timing
- One price match per SKU per customer/household every 30 days.
- Request before purchase or within 7 days after purchase for an adjustment.
- Price matches can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions and are not retroactive beyond the window above.
- We reserve the right to refuse or deny any price match request at our sole discretion — including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unverifiable information, conflict with manufacturer/MAP policies, or other policy violations.
Important terms
- Authorized retailers only. We may contact the brand or retailer to confirm authorization and availability.
- Delivered‑price comparison. We compare the competitor’s item price plus standard shipping to your address (tax excluded). We do not match expedited shipping or special handling fees.
- MAP & manufacturer rules. If a brand’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or other policy prohibits a match, we will honor the brand’s rules.
- One‑time adjustments. Approved matches are issued as a one‑time coupon or refund of the difference to the original payment method or store credit.
- Anti‑abuse limits. For personal, non‑resale use only. We may limit quantities per customer/household/account/device/IP and refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, errors, or policy misuse.

Do you match Amazon?
We’ll consider matches only when the item is sold and shipped by Amazon, is new, and otherwise meets all rules above. We do not match marketplace/third‑party sellers, Warehouse/used, subscriptions, or limited‑time promotions.
Do you include competitor shipping charges?
Yes. We compare the competitor’s price plus standard shipping to your address to determine the delivered price (tax excluded).
Can I stack a coupon after a price match?
No. Price matches can’t be combined with coupons, loyalty rewards, BOGO offers, or other promos.
What if your price drops after I buy?
If our price drops within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we’ll refund the difference (one adjustment per order; exclusions may apply).
Which competitors are eligible?
U.S.-based, authorized retailers for the brand with publicly visible pricing and in‑stock items. We exclude marketplaces, auction sites, peer‑to‑peer listings, and international sites.
