Suggested Dosage and Directions:
Take 1/4 level teaspoon daily in juice or water.
Fine ascorbic acid dissolves more readily in liquids than regular crystalline ascorbic acid. This product is pharmaceutical grade. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Highly RecommendedI love this Vitamin C. THE water soluble antioxidant. Collagen builder. Great for all soft tissue (including gut, joints, skin, heart & blood vessels, etc.). Immune system booster. Adrenal gland restorer.

Love these!These Vitamin C crystals make taking larger doses of C so much easier. I mix 1 tsp with 1 quart of water and sweeten with stevia to taste for a immune boosting lemonade-like drink. I've found that mixing with a small amount of very warm water, and then filling the rest of the way with cold water helps it to mix in best. So much easier than taking handfuls of tablets to get a good dose of Vitamin C!

Worked wellI ordered this as part of a more natural way to strip semi-permanent hair dye from my hair. It worked very well on orange. Mix the power with some clarifying conditioner and deep-condition your hair for some time. It does a nice job of pulling out the color without damaging your hair like bleach.
