Love these!This vitamin C pill makes me feel better throughout the day. I've been taking it for about a year and I only remember being sick one time. It helps with your immune system and helped me not get sick. I'm in college and can't miss many classes from sick days, so this has really helped me.

Really worksI had stopped taking C as I read something negative about them and then recently I found where 1,000 mg daily was advised. Well, my Vitamin B Complex has 500 mg so I went with NOW C-500 and I feel that I have the right balance of daily supplements for a healthy lifestyle.
